A Bear Complex is seven sequences of the following:

Power Clean
Front Squat
Shoulder to Overhead
Back Squat
Shoulder to Overhead
You must tap and go between sequences. There is no time limit to complete a complex. You can rest with the bar at any portion of the complex except on the floor.

You have 5 attempts to record your heaviest complex.
