Take 15 min to find 1RM Snatch

Complete 4 rounds for time of:

  • 200m row
  • 3 power snatch (or snatch) @ 50% of best
  • 6 snatch grip shoulder to overhead
  • 9 overhead squats

Note***The snatch grip shoulder to overhead means the bar is behind the neck in a snatch grip. You may press, push press, or push jerk the weight overhead.
