Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • 10 dumbbell hang power cleans (M:35+/W:25+)
  • 15 burpees
  • 25 double unders

FitKids 1st Session

Warm-Up: 3 x's through:

  • 5 Jumping Jacks
  • -->>Bear Crawl
  • -->>2 Forward Rolls
  • -->>3 Broad Jumps
  • -->>Crab Walk Skill

Then

  • Air Squat Push-Up 15-12-9
  • Air Squats
  • Push-Ups
  • Game: Musical Med-Balls
