Wendler Phase 1 Deadlift - 90% of 1RM is baseline

  • 65% x 5 reps
  • 75% x 5 reps
  • 85% x 5+

(3) 2 min rounds: 2 minutes of-

  • 30 Double-Unders
  • 10 Pullups
  • ME Burpees (Note - ME=Max Effort)
  • *Rest 1 minute.

Record reps for each round of burpees and any scales for DU and Pull-Ups
